Entrance/Gate
24/7 Accessible. Monitored by staff/family. There is always someone on the premise while we have guests in our accommodations.
Free Parking
Every apartment has one parking spot available. Please note that large vehicles (long transit vans or domicile vehicles) must inform us before their arrival. This is to ensure we can provide enough parking space for everyone.
Bedroom Comforts
After a week of stay clean sheets for the beds can be provided.
Waterproof under sheet for baby’s and small children available upon request.
Free Washing
Next to the parking there is a room with a shared washing machine available (with detergent included).
Free WiFi
Every apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The network is called “Vitomir [1-4]” and the Login can be found on the fridge of every apartment.
Pool
The pool is accessible 24/7 for all apartments. It has no closing time and can be used whenever guests desire. The pool lights turn off after midnight, but it’s use is also permitted after.
Airconditioning
All appartments are equipped with their own airconditioning unit.
TV
All apartments have one TV available in their living room. It is connected to satellite.
Printer
In some cases our guests require to print some document. This can be requested by sending a e-mail with the desired document in PDF format to our E-mail account you can see at the top of this page. Note: Only black and white print available.

- Regular Check-in is between 16:00 – 20:00

IMPORTANT NOTE - ID POLICY
Due to regulations we are required by law to collect our guests Identification information. This data must be entered in our governmental tourist database, if we do not we we can get fined. Therefore upon arrival we need to collect all documents from our guests. This procedure is considered normal in Croatia, but it has come to our attention some guests are concerned about their privacy.
All the data we collect is removed after your checkout. Only the entry we make in our governmental database remains.
