General Information

Apartments

Entrance/Arrival

The entrance is 24/7 Accessible. To reach the accommodation drive uphill here past the opened black entrance gate. Past the gate you will find the parking for all apartments. Here you will be greeted by one of our family members to complete your check-in.

Parking

All apartments have one parking place available. Please note that large vehicles (long transit vans or domicile vehicles) should inform us in time. This is to ensure we are able to provide sufficient parking space for all of our guests.

Bedroom Comforts

After a week of stay, clean bedding and towels can be provided upon request.

Waterproof under-sheets for baby’s and smaller children are also available if needed.

Washing Machine

On the parking level area there is a blue door under the stairs leading to the apartments. There you will find the shared washing machine (No fees upon use) Do note: We provide basic washing powder, no extra softeners or vinegar.

WiFi

Every apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. The network is called “Vitomir” and the Login will be provided upon arrival.

Pool

The pool is accessible 24/7 for all apartments. There is no closing time and can be used anytime. The pool lights turn off around 23:30. Pool use is permitted after but please keep noise levels acceptable towards other guests.

Airconditioning

All apartments are equipped with their own airconditioning unit.

TV

All apartments have one TV available in the living room. This TV is connected to satellite and Croatian cable television.

Waste/garbage

On the Island of Rab we have to abide by strict waste sorting regulations. Fines can cost 120 euro per bin mistake. Please help us during your stay by sorting your waste correctly. More info you can find in the link. You will find this info also written in the apartment.

Deposit

Upon arrival we ask guests for a 100 Euro deposit. This deposit is returned during check-out if there is no damage to the property during check-out

More Info

A broken glass, toilet seat, shower head etc, this is not an issue. Please inform us and we gladly come by to replace it. We are happy if you inform us timely when anything breaks down, which can naturally happen.

The deposit mainly covers: Broken/gone/burned parasol (left out in a storm/ intentionally broken by hanging on it / burned by bbq so bad we can’t rent it to the next guests),

Smashed refrigirator glas, Molten tables/chairs due to bbq coles placed on them. Broken television screens (pulled from the wall), or permanent paint on Beds/walls/couch. Also bending every hinge of the doors in the kitchen is something we hope we won’t witness again.

Through all our renting years we’ve rarely not returned a deposit, yet in some occasions we had to. Not to cover the expenses but to lower them. We hope this explanation of our adventures helps in understanding our request for this deposit.

House Rules

To make sure all our guests can equally enjoy their holiday we have listed a few house rules to ensure all guests experience a comfortable time on our premises. 

House Rules

– Calm time is between 23:00-08:00 (low volume is ok)
– Be mindful towards other guests
– Don’t leave a BBQ fire unattended
– Please park between the white lines
– Please do not use drugs
– Please do no act out violent behavior

Cancellation Policy

For cancelling a reservation through our website you’ve most likely already paid a 10% deposit to make your reservation.

Cancel: 0-29 days before the agreed arrival date, then you will be charged 100% of the total reservation price.

Cancel: 30 or more days before your arrival date, then your deposit is refunded minus a 50 Euro administrative fee.

Checkin & Checkout
  • Regular Check-in is from 16:00 – 18:00
  • Regular Check-out is between 08:00 – 10:00
Note - ID/Passport Policy

Due to Croatian regulations we are required by law to submit guests Identification information in a governmental database called (e-visitor). Therefore upon arrival we collect ID/passport documents (This includes the documents of children). All documents will shortly be returned once we’ve submitted the data in this e-visitor system (~5-10 minutes). This procedure is considered normal in Croatia, however we prefer to inform our guests early about this procedure since some countries do this differently.
