General Information
Villa Lapida
Entrance/Arrival
The entrance is 24/7 Accessible. To reach the accommodation drive uphill here past the opened black entrance gate. When you pass the gate you will find the parking for Lapida apartments. Drive past there straight towards the back. There you will find the parking area for Villa Lapida. Here you can park and will be greeted by one of our family members to complete your check-in.
Parking
Villa Lapida has Three private parking places available. Please note that large vehicles like long transit vans or domicile vehicles should inform us in time. This is to ensure we are able to provide sufficient parking.
Bedroom Comforts
After a week of stay, clean bedding and towels can be provided upon request.
Waterproof under-sheets for baby’s and smaller children are also available upon request.
Airconditioning
Villa Lapida is equipped with it’s own air-conditioning units. Sufficient for every room.
WiFi
Villa Lapida is equipped with Wi-Fi. The network name and Login will be provided upon arrival.
Pool
The pool is accessible 24/7. The pool lights turn off around 23:30. Do note that during your stay we sometimes have to come by to check the pool for maintenance. This is to ensure the pool remains ideal for it’s use and everyone’s safety. We try to do this when no one is at home, however it can happen we ask you for permission to do these mandatory checks.
TV
Villa Lapida has two TV’s available in the living rooms. These TV’s are connected to satellite and Croatian cable television.
Waste/garbage
On the Island of Rab we need to abide by strict waste sorting regulations. Fines could cost 120 euro per bin mistake. Please help us during your visit by sorting your waste correctly. More info you can find in this link. You will find this info written in the Villa itself.
Deposit
Upon arrival we ask guests for a 200 Euro deposit for the Villa. This deposit is returned during check-out as long as there is no damage to the property.
House Rules
To make sure all our guests can equally enjoy their holiday we have a few simple house rules to ensure all our guests experience a comfortable time on our premises.
House Rules
– Calm time is between 23:00-08:00 (low volume is fine)
– Don’t leave fire unattended
– Drugs or use is not permitted.
– Violence is not tolerated and has to be reported
Checkin & Checkout
- Regular Check-in is from 16:00 – 18:00
- Regular Check-out is between 08:00 – 10:00
